A native of Cleveland, Ohio residing in Parma, Ohio, Lisa opened Insurance Strategy, Inc. with her father Clayton W. Rooy in 1983 and the business was incorporated in 1983. She has been a licensed agent since 1989 and is the President of Insurance Strategy, Inc.
In 1995, she was Certified in Business Insurance and in 1999 received her Life Underwriting Trained Council Fellowship (LUTCF) designation.
Lisa is a member of NABIP. She participates in required continuing education classes. She is also licensed to sell Medicare and Long-Term Care insurance. Lisa is married with 2 children.

Leslie is the lead Sales Agent at Insurance Strategy, Inc. (ISI) and Infinity Trust. Leslie has 30+ years of experience in the insurance industry. She is the Vice President of Insurance Strategy (ISI). She holds a license as an agent in the State of Ohio for health and life insurance. She is also certified for Medicare sales.
She graduated with an AA in Business – Marketing from Cuyahoga Community College. She continues to study and learn through continuing education classes offered in the industry.She is also working on several certifications from the National Association of Health Underwriters.
Leslie has been a proud member of NABIP for over 15 years. She has held various committee positions and was a trustee for our organization for 6 year before moving up to be part of the Executive Board.This is a 5-year commitment where she has served as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and President.
